Family Treatment Court (FTC) is a specialized court program for families whose children are involved with the Juvenile Court because of substance use in the home. FTC combines close court oversight with treatment, testing, and coordinated services.
Its goal is to promote public safety and permanency by holding participants accountable while supporting their recovery, so that children can remain with — or safely return to — their families.
